The painting “Tulip Time, One Second Past Seven” is an oil on canvas that measures 36″ x 36″. It is the third piece in a series of seven I plan to create, titled “Tulip Time.” In this work, I incorporate elements that symbolize new beginnings and the finite nature of human life. The tulips, which bloom early in spring, represent renewal, and the clocks signify the passage of time.
